Design
Our bouquets & gifts are handmade and may vary slightly as each creation is a "one of a kind". We design all of our gifts and reserve the right to modify our designs from time to time.

Availability
Photos depicted are a guideline only. We will endeavour to provide each product as described, however, as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. Where any items are changed they will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.

Colours
Every effort has been made to accurately depict product colours on our website. However, colours and their saturation are affected by your computer monitor so we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays our colours accurately.

Payment
Payment is taken at time of order. Once payment is received in full, orders are dispatched. Payments by cheque and direct credit must be cleared into account before order is dispatched.

Warranty
When necessary, due to limited availability of products from suppliers, Blooming Moments has the right to make substitutions of products with equal or greater value. Silk flowers may change according to seasonal and range updates but will always be complimentary to the colour scheme ordered. Blooming Moments does not warrant that a product is available or suitable for your purposes.

Blooming Moments does not warrant that your access to the network or the information contained will remain error free, or that the network or the server which stores and delivers the website and its contents to you will remain free of viruses or other harmful components.  By accessing the website you agree that Blooming Moments will not be liable as a result of any error, virus or other harmful component.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Returns
Every care is taken to provide you with a gift that we hope will delight the recipient. We take pride in our quality control & presentation checks before your order leaves our premises, but in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily replace, exchange or refund (exluding delivery charge) any item(s) within 7 days of purchase, provided they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship). Please note you are responsible for the return postage/delivery costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage. Before you return your item, you may wish to contact us to see if we can resolve your dispute.

You may not adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website without first obtaining the written permission of Blooming Moments.
